Marketing Manager – Marketing Operation 

 

Your role 

 

As the key liaison between Marketing, Sales Operations, and IT, this role is responsible for managing marketing operations and supporting the Marketing teams (including NETVIGATOR, Now TV, and csl) in launching campaigns. 

 

  • Work closely with Marketing to understand marketing program requirements and manage the setup and fulfillment of various offer codes. 

  • Assist Marketing in launching campaigns via internal bulletins. 

  • Review and streamline sales order input process. 

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Development and IT teams for process improvements and automation by raising change request requirements. 

  • Manage and mentor subordinates, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication throughout the team. 

  • Undertake other ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor. 

 

To succeed in this role 

 

  • University graduate in Marketing or Business-related discipline 

  • Over 5 years of solid experience in Marketing, experience in Telecommunication or banking preferred 

  • Strong logical sense to manage marketing campaign operations effectively 

  • Ability to work independently while multitasking in a dynamic environment 

  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese
