Assistant Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Specialist / Assistant Manager to provide project management service for telecom mobile network products. This role will work closely with both business teams and technical teams, and also internal and external service providers / system vendors, for service design and project planning.

Your Role:

• Gather business requirements of mobile network services / products.
• Work out the project plan and manage the risk on project.
• Coordinate and monitor development teams to adopt appropriate technical solutions.
• Ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames, scope and quality.
• Research on market intelligence/trends for improving existing and building new service.

To succeed in this role:

• Degree holder in IT, Telecommunications or Engineering field with professional accreditation.
• 5-7 years of work experience and at least 3 years in solution design, project delivery and project management.
• Familiar with IP network & mobile network technology knowledge. Experience in telecom carrier products is preferred, such as 4G / 5G data services, DPI, CS / Switch / VoLTE / VoNR voice services, SMS / MMS / VMS messaging services.
• Experience on deploying both local mobile network products and out-bound roaming mobile network products will be an advantage.
• Ability to communicate proficiently with technical experts. Besides, customer service sense and business acumen are necessary.
• A fast learner, good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, multitasking, attentive to details and able to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
