Assistant Logistic Manager

The successful candidate will assist in managing the Logistics & Inventory (L&I) global operations, including the support of the day-to-day operation on shipment, inventory management, and to ensure our logistics operations complies with international trade compliance laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise L&I team and 3rd party logistics service providers to ensure compliance and smooth operations
• Review logistics and warehousing procedures, identify potential concerns and room for improvement, and provide solution
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external regulatory parties for import/export licensing applications globally and assisting in internal/external audits
• Monitor and negotiate transportation costs to ensure low cost with high service level
• Track global shipments and transactions
• Supervise warehouse operations and inventory records
• Perform ad-hoc task as required

Person Specifications

• Bachelor Degree in operations, logistics or related discipline with around 4 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in automation and project management
• Experience in managing 3rd party logistics service providers, warehousing operations and I/E licensing
• Familiar with global trade regulations (e.g. EAR and OFAC), as well as compliance tracking systems and recordkeeping requirements
• Self-motivated and fast learner with good negotiation skills
• Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
