Assistant Engineer

Your Role

• Responsible for mobile core/radio network surveillance, alarm escalation and fault reporting
• Participate in mobile network regression test after network maintenance at during non-business hours
• Perform daily mobile network data dump collection for network health check
• Perform mobile cell site reset for cell site restoration
• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly mobile network performance report
• Handle service reports and follow-up service status with internal and external customers
• Perform 7x24 shift duty in the Network Operation Center

To Succeed in the Role 

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering, IT or related disciplines
• 2 years relevant experience is preferred
• Operation experience in Cell Site/ Radio Access Network (RAN) Operation and Maintenance is advantage
• Familiarity with AI tools and concepts is a strong plus
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in Chinese and English, good spoken Mandarin is an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Technical Officer
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
