Assistant Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure Operation (Welcome Fresh Graduate)

Your Role

• Provide Tier 2 support and troubleshoot multiple cloud infrastructure environments
• Implement, configure, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure components such as virtualization, hardware, storage, and networking
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of the infrastructure
• Manage troubleshooting and root cause analysis with vendors for cloud systems
• Implement measures to ensure mission-critical applications are resilient to infrastructure-level failures

To Succeed in the Role

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technology operations or a related field preferred
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is advantageous
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana or similar tools
• Proficiency in VMware vSphere and Linux systems (Redhat/Ubuntu) is preferred
• Interest or experience in working in a production operation team
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Technical Officer
