Assistant Engineer - Broadcast

We are looking for high‑calibre fresh graduates to join our Broadcast Operations & Engineering Department and contribute to the delivery of high‑quality media and technology services. In this role, you will rotate across different teams within the department, gaining hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge media systems, live transmission workflows, content delivery platforms, and media network infrastructure. Through practical training, project involvement, and cross‑departmental exposure, you will build a strong foundation for a long‑term career in media operations and technology.

Your role:

· Assist in the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of broadcast systems, including live transmission workflows, media networks, and content delivery platforms.

· Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues under the guidance of experienced engineers.

· Follow technical procedures and documentation for system configuration, testing, and upgrades of broadcast technologies

· Participate in scheduled system checks, preventive maintenance, and project tasks to build hands-on engineering experience

· Prepare and manage on-air materials, including content ingestion, quality checks, and daily on-air playlist editing, working directly with live content and broadcast workflows.

· Rotate across different teams within the Broadcast Operations & Engineering Department to gain broad exposure to studio, transmission, playout, and media‑network environments.

To succeed in this role:

· University graduate from Information Technology, Computer Science, Media, Engineering or related discipline

· Strong passion for Media and Technology

· Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to take on new challenges

· Willingness to work shift hours, if required
