Assistant Engineer, Voice Network Planning

Your Role

• Responsible for voice over IP network and traditional voice network planning
• Update voice feature testing & voice network inventory
• Test and verify voice over IP phone and feature
• Plan voice system migration
• Prepare the Installation Request diagram drawing

To Succeed in the Role

• Degree / High Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Communication Engineering or related disciplines with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in telecommunication industry
• Interested in developing technical knowledge on voice over IP technologies
• Knowledge or experience in the following areas will be an advantage
  • IP Networking
  • VoIP SIP protocol, ISUP signaling
  • Voice system inter-working with other operators
  • Cloud computing technology
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Provident in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Technical Officer
