Assistant Engineer, Network Monitoring and Surveillance

Your Role

• Lead a team to carry out network surveillance and coordinate restoration of telecommunication network and facilities
• Perform network incident management, follow up service restoration and communicate with internal stakeholders
• Establish operation procedures and recommend areas for improvement including aspects of network/ system and work practices
• Attend shift duty and emergency support duties when necessary 
   

To Succeed in the Role

• Degree holder in Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in telecommunications industry
• Technical and practical knowledge in network operations
• Experience in fault management and customer handling skills
• Experience to lead a small team performing shift duty and able to work independent
• Proficient in spoken and written in both English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience or lower qualifications will be considered as Senior Technical Officer
