Assistant Engineer, Cloud Operation Centre

Your role

• Plan resource and lead a small team to manage the operation in Telecom Data Center meeting the requirement of ISO Quality and Security Standard
• Carry out emergency support duties in Telecom Data Center
• Assist manager to formulate daily operation manual, event handling procedures, business continuity planning (BCP)  
• Produce operation / incident reports
• Manage / communicate with customers

To succeed in the role

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering with 3-year (degree), 5-year (HD) experiences in Telecom Data Center or less experience with strong recommendation will also be considered
• Acquired CDCP certificate
• Acquired ITIL, AOS or VCP is an advantage
• Experience in customer handling
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Require to work in 7 x 24 shift duties
