Assistant Commission Analysis Officer

Your role: 

• Calculation of monthly incentive commissions for all sales employees focusing on accuracy, completeness and consistency as defined in the commission plans
• Reconciliation of commission discrepancies and data anomalies
• Distribution of commission related reports to management and sales personnel
• Assistance with month-end close financial reporting and analysis including calculation of sales commission accruals
• General reporting of sales and business operations statistics
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis

To succeed in this role:

• Degree holder preferably in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field
• Minimum of three years experience in sales commission operations, prior experience in an MNC or sizable environment is definitely an advantage
• Proficient to advanced level of competency with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to organize and summarize large volumes of detailed information
• Good team player and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisation and prioritization capabilities and able to solve problem
• Able to use discretion, maintain confidentiality and be honest
