Assistant Business Planning Manager

Your new role

As one of key members under Business Planning team to provide business planning, performance analysis and insights to drive the revenue for Consumer Mobile in alignment with its business direction and market trend, including but not limited to:

• Assist in reviewing and assessing the viability of business proposals submitted by Sales and Marketing including conducting detailed financial and database analysis to provide insightful commentary and recommendations
• Monitor business performance subsequent to program launch with regular performance review, business data analysis, findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with relevant parties to enhance program performance based on observations and data analysis
• Provide continuous feedback and support to ensure alignment with business objectives and to pursue the company's short and long-term financial goals
• Participate in the formulation of the annual operation plan, target cascade and assist in preparing sales targets by channel

To succeed this role

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in business performance analysis preferred. Experience in MNC organization or telecommunication industry is an advantage. 
• Knowledge in Statistical & data analytics tools and exposure in Excel VBA /SAP/ Tableau/ Qlik/ Power BI is an advantage
• Strong business sense and ability to dig deep to understand the business performance drivers
• Presentable and analytical with good interpersonal skills and strategic mindset
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint to analyze the data and prepare presentation to the Management
