Assistant Business Analyst

Your Role

• Workflow automation & Productivity Improvement
  - Drive digital transformation and use of AI tools and automation insight in FP&A team by streamlining processes, integrating advanced analytics, and implementing automation and modern tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data‑driven decision‑making across teams
  
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Support
  - Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual business planning processes for EMS business units & Capex control.
  - Perform detailed profitability, cost, and product line analysis to support commercial strategy.
  - Monitor and analyse financial and non-financial KPIs, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  

• Management Reporting
  - Design and deliver interactive dashboards and visual reporting tools for top management.
  - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data insights to facilitate rapid, informed decision-making.
  - Maintain reporting systems and processes to reflect evolving business needs.

• Stakeholder Collaboration
  - Partner closely with Finance, Product Marketing, Operations, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  - Translate business needs into analytical requirements and actionable outputs.
  - Support senior leadership with ad hoc analysis, presentations, and strategic projects.

To Succeed in this Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information technology, or related field;
• 1 year’ experience in workflow automation and AI projects. 
• Graduates with solid knowledge in business intelligence & AI tools will also be considered
• Proficient in business intelligence & AI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau & Copilot) and process automation will be must.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, KPI frameworks, and operational performance analysis will be advantage.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging cross-functional stakeholders and management.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
