Analyst Programmer

Job Task

• Develop various applications to automate business processes and enhance operational excellence within call center operations and analytics.
• Assist in the study, design, implementation, testing, and rollout of diverse programs.
• Explore innovative solutions to address a range of business use cases
• Review existing processes and recommend program developments to facilitate improvements in business operations.
• Provide ongoing user support for applications and their functionalities

The Person

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• 3+ year relevant IT experience, with solid knowledge in application development, system analysis & design, implement, maintenance or technical support
• In-depth knowledge on Power Platform, especially in Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint List and Office Scripts) Type Script, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS
• Proficiency in VBA and Excel Operations (Table, Formula, Number Formatting)
• Applicants with RPA development experiences has an added advantage
• Knowledgeable in web application development
• Familiar with system development life cycle.
• Independent, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Systematic, Good analytical and problem solving skills.
