Administrative Assistant Officer

Your role

  • Assist in managing managers’ work schedule
  • Handle departmental administrative duties including but not limited to meeting room booking, petty cash administration, event order and bill payments
  • Prepare and consolidate presentation materials and compile statistical reports
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned


To succeed in this role

  • F.5 with 3 years’ experience in secretarial / administrative supports
  • Knowledge in Accounting is preferred
  • Proactive and detail-minded
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Excellent command of PC skills including PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word
