Administrative Assistant Officer
Your role
- Assist in managing managers’ work schedule
- Handle departmental administrative duties including but not limited to meeting room booking, petty cash administration, event order and bill payments
- Prepare and consolidate presentation materials and compile statistical reports
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
To succeed in this role
- F.5 with 3 years’ experience in secretarial / administrative supports
- Knowledge in Accounting is preferred
- Proactive and detail-minded
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- Excellent command of PC skills including PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word
