Administrative Officer
Responsibility
- Operation support for roster upload and changes for HK teams.
- Handle office tasks such as ordering supplies, payment processing, maintenance, and replenishment.
- Manage meeting room bookings and maintain scheduling accuracy.
- Share updated staff lists with the COE QA team to support compliance and quality assurance.
- Handle petty cash reimbursements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Send notifications regarding sick leave and ensure proper documentation.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including updating the attendance system (ACATS), biometrics registration, and assisting with orientation processes.
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- Prior experience in administrative or back-office support preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), 2FA Authenticator, and related applications
- Good command of written English and Chinese
- Independent, proactive, detail-minded, able to meet deadlines
