Administrative Officer
Job details:
o Provide general clerical support including but not limited to report compilation, proper document filing, sales administration support and procurement of office necessities
o Co-ordinate with other service providers and other departments regarding administrative duties
o Maintain information by entering and updating record in internal databases and filing records to maintain proper documentation
o Help to coordinate some occasional events
o Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor
Job requirement:
F.5 or above
- Over 1 years’ experience in administrative role preferably in customer service industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate with different parties in a timely and organized manner, strong numerical sense
- Well-organized, self-motivated and detail-minded
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
