Administrative Executive
We are seeking an experienced administrative officer in Hong Kong. As a Group Communications Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Group Communications department. This role requires excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and organising departmental files, documents, and records
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Assisting with budget preparation and tracking for the department
- Maintaining and updating databases, spreadsheets, and other records
- Preparing and distributing internal communications and reports
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Assisting with onboarding and off boarding of new team members
- Handling trademark/patent procedural matters
- Liaising with other departments and external vendors or clients as needed
- Performing other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in administrative or support roles
- Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices
- High Diploma or equivalent experience
