Accounting Officer
Your role:
- Part of a business unit (PCCW Global) in the HKT Group which focuses on international businesses with staff based and travelled throughout the globe
- Verification of employee expense claims
- Preparation of expense reports and reconciliation with payables
- Coordination with different stakeholders in the expense claim process to ensure smooth operation
- Ad hoc duties
To succeed in this role:
- Higher Diploma or above / LCCI Level 2 or above
- 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred, fresh graduates will also be considered
- Good PC knowledge e.g. MS Word and Excel
- Mature, independent, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Experience in accounting software is preferred but not essential
- Immediate availability preferred
