Account Service Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Account Service Manager to join our team. As a member of our Corporate Account Services Team, you are responsible for providing comprehensive aftersales services to our corporate customers. 

 

Your role:

  • To handle dedicated accounts' enquiries promptly, accuratelt and professionally
  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone/email & i-Chat
  • Handling customer complaints or any major incidents (i.e. network or billing...etc.)
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organisation is providing
  • Retain and enhacne customer relationship
  • Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems

 

To succeed in this role: 

  • University degree with minimum of 2 years experience in customer service preferable
  • Communication skills and advise customers clearly and to liaise effectively with internal & external partiess
  •  Listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
  • An ability to work well under pressure
  • A commitment to improve your own customer service skills on an ongoing basis. (i.e. KPI)
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese.
  • Personal presentation
  • Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards
