Account Manager

Your new role
-
Develop proactive sales and total comprehensive solution selling strategies

Build rapport and long-term relationship with customers in respective segments, eg. Banking & Finance, MNC, Professional Service, Retail, Hospitality, Construction etc
-
To formulate and execute sales strategies and territory plan to maximize business opportunities in short term and long term
-
To be accountable for key performance indicators and profitability of the business through implementation of innovative ways
To succeed in this role
-
Diploma holder or above (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)

At least 3 years of sales experience. Preferably in Telecom industry
-
Familiarity with mobile products and services is a plus
-
Excellent account servicing, interpersonal, and communication abilities
-
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively

Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
-
Highly self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented with passion for closing deals

積極尋找新業務機會,為客戶創造價值並制定專屬的客戶開發計畫。
入職要求:

大專或以上學歷(歡迎應屆畢業生申請!)。

3年以上銷售經驗,電信行業者更佳。

對流動產品和服務有基本認識者優先。

出色的客戶服務、人際互動和溝通能力。

強大的故障排除和問題解決能力,有效應對客戶需求。

流利的中英文口語和書寫能力。

自我激勵、精力充沛且以目標為導向,對促成交易充滿熱情。

經驗較少者將考慮為客戶主任職位。
