Your Mission
- Hunt and win new business. Proactively connect with SME owners and professionals through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
- Sell smarter. Promote the full suite of ICT and telecom services — fixed-line and converged solutions (VoIP, SIP, etc.), mobile, WiFi, broadband, AI tools, and cybersecurity.
- Think like a consultant. Understand clients’ challenges, tailor solutions, and present winning proposals that create measurable value.
- Own the sales cycle. From prospecting to closing and onboarding, make every customer experience seamless and professional.
- Stay organized and competitive. Keep your pipeline updated in the CRM, and stay ahead of targets and trends.
- Win together. Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams — you’ll have experts backing you every step of the way.

Who We’re Looking For
- Aggressive, ambitious, and outgoing — someone who loves the thrill of sales and meeting new people.
- Self-motivated, driven by targets, and able to perform in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Excellent communicator in both English and Chinese, confident in pitching ideas and closing deals.
- Education: Post-secondary or above. (Sales experience can substitute academic background.)
- Experience in telecom, ICT, system integration, or technology sales is highly preferred.
- Candidates with insurance, retail, or B2B sales experience are also welcome — if you love selling, we’ll teach you the tech!
- Fresh graduates with a strong go-getter attitude will also be considered.
