AVP Product Management (Wholesale Mobility)

Role Overview

The AVP Product Management (Wholesale Mobility) is responsible for the creation, productization, and operationalization of Wholesale Mobility solutions. 

 

Key responsibilities

  • Create, productize, and operationalize end-to-end solutions in the areas of:
    • Wholesale Mobility towards MNO, MVNO, and MVNE customers/platforms
    • Sponsored Roaming
  • Collaborate with other product lines including IoT, IPX, and SMS to create bundled product offerings
  • Work with sales, presales, and marketing teams for go-to-market of new features and products
  • Work with operations teams to streamline ordering, configuration, billing, and end-to-end customer lifecycle management
  • Define dashboards and OKRs reflecting the overall health of the products
  • Incorporate APIs and AI into the overall product offering

 

Deliverables & KPI

  • Responsible for the overall P&L of the product lines under management including annual forecasting
  • Publish product roadmaps and incorporate feedback for future roadmaps
  • Continuously help to manage the ongoing performance of the product in conjunction with other teams including sales, marketing, provisioning, and operations

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • 10-15 years of experience in the telecommunications or related industry.
  • 10 years of experience in Product Management and/or Mobile Core network deployments, especially in the areas of network-network integrations in MVNO, MVNE, and Sponsored Roaming deployments.
  • Experience with maintaining and forecasting product line P&L statements
  • Knowledge of BSS integration flows, especially in the areas of provisioning and billing.
  • Knowledge of API integrations, and coding familiarity with Python, Big Query, and Postman.
  • Able to communicate in both verbal and written English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be considered a plus.
  • Travel will be required (~25% of time)
