Job Summary:
The AVP of Business Planning and Analytics will lead strategic initiatives and oversee the development and execution of business plans to drive growth and operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business plans aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to support business decisions and assess performance metrics.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments (e.g., finance, marketing, operations) to ensure cohesive execution of business strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business plans and initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all business planning activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in business planning, financial analysis, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in telecom industry is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge in SQL, Looker Studio is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
