Senior Technical Service Officer

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and test AV equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during installation and operation
• Provide technical support to clients and end-users
• Update maintenance record and inventory
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in AV technology and integrate new technologies into existing systems where applicable

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in AV design, installation, and maintenance
• Familiarity with AV systems such as digital signage and LED display
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A)
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
• Driving license is preferred
