AV Technician
Job Summary:
The AV Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio-visual equipment. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless operation of AV systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Setup: Install and support audio, video, and lighting equipment for various client projects.

Maintenance: Regularly inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, designers, clients, and other technicians to understand requirements and provide technical support.

Technical Support: Provide on-site technical advice and assistance during events, ensuring all equipment functions correctly.

Shift work is required
Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Audio-Visual Technology, Media Production, or related field.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Proficiency in AV systems such as audio and video conferencing, digital signage, AV room control solution such as Crestron, QSC, Brightsign and Shure.

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
