服务工程师

To assist with business expansion, we are seeking a Network Engineer professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain security firewall systems and solutions to protect IT and network infrastructure.

• Monitor networks for security breaches and investigate incidents as they occur.

• Conduct vulnerability assessments to identify security weaknesses.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions.

• Hands on experience in mature security product for example Fortinet, Palo Alto and Checkpoint

• Knowledge of China security product is highly preferrable (e.g. Sangfor, Sansec or Hillstone Networks…etc)

• Able to work under pressure in a multi-task environment

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Technology, Information System or related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in supporting network security or in-house IT support, vendor support work, Network Operation Center (NOC) or related disciplines

• Good technical knowledge in various brands of networking product and solution such as Cisco, Sangfor, Fortinet, Huawei, etc.

• Advantage to holder of professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, etc.

• Familiar with ITIL IT Service Management framework

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

•  Good customer service and interpersonal skills

• Self motivated, customer oriented and able to work under pressure

• Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English

• More experience will be considered as Senior Service Engineer
