(Senior) Business Performance Excutive

Your role:

As a member of Business Performance and Planning team, you will support the commission calculation, reporting and performance tracking for different sales channels. Major job duties include:

· Manage the processes for gathering, maintaining, and auditing all sales performance tracking and commission reports

· Work closely with sales channels and the Human Resources Department to reconcile all monthly commission files, ensuring accurate calculation of commissions and sales incentives

· Handle sales data and formulate performance presentations for management’s review

· Generate daily/monthly sales performance and KPI reports

· Handle ad-hoc reporting requests from internal stakeholders

· Participate in the development of the team's task flow

· Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisors to meet business objectives

To succeed in this role:

· Degree holder or above, preferably in Business Administration, Quantitative Analysis or related disciplines

· 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Telecommunication industry

· Proficient in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SQL

· Knowledge of Visual Basic, Python, and SQL server is an advantage

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines

· Willingness to work on detailed tasks
