(Assistant) Project Manager

Your role:

• Act as the main HKT contact point for the Project Management Office including global projects
• Develop new initiatives to create revenue streams for HKT
• Collaborate with subject matter experts in HKT to create materials that effectively promote products and services of business partners to their clients
• Provide pre-sales support and develop consulting documentation as necessary
• Handle logistics for quotations, agreements, and Scope of Work (SoW) preparation, including overseeing purchase orders (PO) issued to HKT
• Manage PO acceptance and HKT invoice issuance within automated systems
• Support partner(s) to organize events and conferences
• Coordinate all overseas travel requests and reimbursement logistics for HKT consultants supporting global projects
• Manage internal cost recovery work and support operation tasks within Strategic Partnership Projects (SPP)

To succeed in this role:

• Degree holder or above with minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in digital projects
• Basic knowledge of HKT service and relevant project management knowledge
• Analytical mindset, self-motivated, and able to work under tight schedules
• Willingness to travel outside Hong Kong
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Manager
