Digital Ventures is now looking for a Senior Product Executive to work with our Product & Innovation Team for The Club.

As a Senior Product Executive in Digital Ventures, your days will be varied, challenging, and impactful. It could be a combination of the following:
- Define and align product vision and strategy with business owners and strategic leadership
- Engage business owners with constructive challenges and then translate the strategic priorities into a product roadmap.
- Lead/participate in the working squad or act as the product owner of the team.
- Develop and streamline product development processes (including but not limited to interpreting user feedback, sprint planning, and road mapping) to identify opportunities that can drive more impactful results
- Manage and prioritize the backlog to achieve maximum impact and maintain full transparency within the team.
- Facilitate meetings such as requirements alignment sessions and user demos to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
- Develop crucial documents (business cases, requirements, user stories, launch plans, user manuals, release notes) to streamline delivery.
- Understand users’ pain points and craft user journeys with UX/UI team through competitor analysis, market and user research.
What you need to have as the essentials:
- At least 3 years of experience in digital product management.
- Sound understanding of marketing and ability to apply technology know-how to optimize marketing strategy.
- Strong sense of ownership and motivation to focus on achieving the outcome.
- Persistent on solving problems and willing to explore options timely – balancing go-to-market time, user experience and technical/operational feasibility.
- Ability to propose decisions and trade-offs to the business stakeholders.
- Track record of building relationships with and influencing stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and working styles.
- Good command of Cantonese and English.
What you might have as a nice-to-have:
- Professional Scrum Master/Product Owner Certification.
- Experience in practising or at least exposure to a variety of agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban and Scrumban.
- Ability to transform data into insights and concisely tell a compelling story as an actionable narrative.
- Familiar with data exploration or visualization tools like Tableau and Google Data Studio
- Previous experience in developing pitch presentations or business cases and then presenting it to senior leaders or venture capitalist.
- Experience in using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Magento or Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS).
- Working knowledge on the end-to-end process of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Analytical and numerate with abundant experience playing around with tools like Google Analytics, Firebase.
