Senior Partnership Executive

Your Role

  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with tourism boards, airlines, hotels, and other relevant organizations to secure attractive travel offerings.
  • Support day-to-day marketing activities to drive engagement through effective campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage and update website content (using AEM), including product pages, dedicated landing pages, and promotional materials.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

 

To Succeed in this Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer service role. Experience in the travel industry is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in using website content management systems (CMS), particularly AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), and familiarity with other digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze customer trends, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
