Senior Partnership Executive
Your Role
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with tourism boards, airlines, hotels, and other relevant organizations to secure attractive travel offerings.
- Support day-to-day marketing activities to drive engagement through effective campaigns.
- Conduct market research to analyze customer trends and identify new opportunities.
- Manage and update website content (using AEM), including product pages, dedicated landing pages, and promotional materials.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
To Succeed in this Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer service role. Experience in the travel industry is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in using website content management systems (CMS), particularly AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), and familiarity with other digital marketing tools.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze customer trends, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
