Leveraged by the high performing loyalty program and big data pipelines, we run a very successful and promising digital ecosystem in Hong Kong.

 

As a Senior Executive of Digital Growth team in Digital venture, you will report to the manager overseeing campaign management, funnel optimization, data analytics & personalization initiatives. Your typical day could be a combination of the followings:

  • Work with cross-functional departments to develop our lifecycle marketing communications and campaigns across owned channels (email, push notification, SMS, MMS etc.) on certain marketing automation platforms
  • Enhance & elevate growth models to scale up our business, measure and report key metrics (e.g. open rate, click through rate & monetarization) and make recommendations for improvement
  • Take marketing briefs and analyze the database to generate audience segments for setting up the automated workflow / campaign in Adobe Campaign with imported data and segments
  • Work collaboratively with team members to manage campaign progress and recommend modifications and optimizations e.g. Data import, HTML email building etc.
  • Utilize data visualization tool (e.g. Google Looker studio, Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Tableau) to create dashboards & generate reports to monitor performance of campaigns on different channels
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

 

What you need to have as the essentials:

  • 3- 5 years of experience as a market analyst, business analyst or equivalent experience
  • Hands on experience in building high performing Digital Ad campaigns with proven ROAS
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and have creative problem-solving dexterity
  • Knowledge of basic digital campaign performance metrics, attribution modelling and tagging
  • Ability to modify HTML/CSS in the email designer tool.
  • Google Analytics knowledge is required; exposure to Adobe Analytics, Google Data Studio and BigQuery is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus;
  • Proficiency in all standard Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must have both English and Chinese literacy; proficiency in Cantonese
  • Immediate available is an advantage
