Senior Analyst, Strategy Planning & Execution

As a (Senior) Digital Product & Operation Executive, you will play a pivotal role in transforming strategic visions into tangible outcomes. This role blends hands-on execution (90%) with opportunities to contribute to strategic planning (10%), offering a platform to grow into a versatile professional in fintech and digital innovation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful projects while developing skills in product lifecycle management and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Execution Support: Assist senior team members in executing high-impact initiatives, including research, data analysis, documentation and testing for incubating new products (0-1) or scaling ventures (1-10) in domains like digital wallets, payments, and Web3.

• Project Coordination: Help manage timelines, track deliverables, communicating with cross-functional teams and compile reports for initiatives.

• Risk & Compliance Assistance: Support risk assessments and compliance checks under supervision, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks. Assist in identifying, assessing, mitigating and monitoring project risks and compliance requirements.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across products, sales & partnership, operations, compliance, and customer service to drive alignment and achieve shared objectives for initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Work experience: 2 - 3 years of project coordination, product management, business analysis, or digital operations. Senior titles are available for candidates with more extensive experience.

• Proactive Ownership: Self-motivated, tenacious, and capable of driving tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Execution Excellence: Hands-on, results-driven mindset with a willingness to tackle challenges head-on and go the extra mile. Basic proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel) and willingness to master new platforms (e.g. AI tools).

• Strategic Agility: Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and get things done.

• Adaptive Learner: Passion for mastering new domains and staying ahead of industry trends in fintech, blockchain, or digital innovation. This role serve as a “career launchpad” for ambitious learners

• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes: Keen attention to detail with a commitment to governance and risk mitigation.
