About DrGo

The DrGo app connects you with Hong Kong registered doctors, so you can benefit from a telemedicine video consultation. Our on-demand mobile platform enables you to book an appointment and consult a doctor of your choice via a video call. Any medicine and any medical certificate and/or referral letter which the doctor may prescribe or issue to you after the consultation will be delivered directly to your door.

 

Your role

  • Oversee daily operations of DrGo service. 
  • Reduce costs, and maximize operation efficiency to improve service quality, productivity, patient satisfaction level and regulatory compliance 
  • Build the target operational vision strategy, roadmap, Participate in the formulation of policy and standard.
  • As second tier to support DrGo’s customer service team on operation and technical issue
  • Work with medical partner to optimize the operation flow with DrGo 
  • Work with delivery partner to optimize the operation flow with DrGo
  • Work with Product development team to improve operation efficiency 
  • Provide training and prepare corresponding materials/document to new onboard medical partner
  • Assist in evaluation and testing of newly developed features of DrGo service so as to familiar new function in operation, e.g. AI bot
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Working in shift maybe required.  

 

To succeed in this role

  • Degree holder in Operations, Product management, Process improvement or related experience
  • Minimum 5-8 years relevant experiences in managing operation including mobile APP, CMS and technical support
  • Experience in healthcare services and delivery operation would be an advantage
  • Familiar with Hong Kong regulations, private healthcare facilities ordinance and associated medical association guidelines would be an advantage
  • Analytical mind, customer oriented and a methodical and practical approach to solving problems
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable with operating in ambiguity
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • PMP and project management certification can be ad added advantage
