Your Role

Lead process re-engineering to streamline and automate operations.

Design insightful reports and dashboards for management review.

Apply AI and RPA to automate repetitive tasks, espeically commission administration.

Develop end-user computing (EUC) solutions to support commission and incentive programs.

Oversee performance and reward systems with continuous improvement and SLA compliance.
-
Manage system enhancement projects from planning to execution.
-
Strengthen internal controls for accuracy, transparency, and audit readiness.
-
Build team capabilities in data analytics and automation.
-
Partner with cross-functional teams on performance tracking for new products and campaigns.
To Succeed in this Role
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

At least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry, including 3+ years in a leadership role within a scalable organization.

Understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI tools, or Power Apps is an advantage.

Proven track record in process improvement and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
