Your Role

• Lead process re-engineering to streamline and automate operations.Implement improvements to commission system, workflow automation, and data integrity
• Develop end-user computing (EUC) solutions to support commission and incentive programs
• Design insightful reports and dashboards for management review
• Partner with cross-functional teams on performance tracking for new products and campaigns
  

To Succeed in this Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role within a scalable organization
• Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI tools is an advantage
• Proficient in end-user computing tools and technologies, including Python, SQL, Power Apps, and data visualization tools
