Your roles:

• Assist in the onboarding process for new merchants, including documentation verification and account setup.
• Ensure all necessary information and documents are collected and processed accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of merchant onboarding and POS machine related operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues relating to merchant accounts and POS machines.
• Support the Social Media promotion content drafting and design
