Assistant Operation Manager

Job Responsiblities:

• Collaborate with partnership and sales team to achieve profit from sales lead
• Prepare regular reports and analysis to keep track on business performance
• Coordinate with different payment acquiring partners and internal parties to ensure a smooth merchant onboarding process on the operational flow that aligns with both operational and sales units
• Identify areas for improvement in operating procedure simplification, streamlining, and standardization
• Communicate customer needs and business requirements to product development team - Assist in UAT testing of newly developed features of payment solutions and provide feedback to product development team
• Resolve operational issues promptly
• Perform ad hoc tasks required by supervisor

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of working experience in data analysis, sales operations related field
• Experience in payment industry is beneficial
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel/Powerpoint
• Good analytical, organizational, communication and time management skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Confident, outgoing and self-motivated
• Experience on selling POS/B2B systems will be an advantage
