About DrGo

DrGo is an all-round Tele-health service from HKT, it provides tele-medicine service and online store service to our customers.

Your role

DrGo provides telemedicine service to patient through DrGo mobile APP. We are now seeking high calibers to apply for the following post:

• Oversee daily operations of DrGo service.
• Maximize operation efficiency to improve service quality, productivity, patient satisfaction level and regulatory compliance
• Build the target operational vision strategy, roadmap, Participate in the formulation of policy and standard.
• As second tier to support DrGo’s customer service team on operation and technical issue
• Work with medical & delivery partners to optimize the operation flow with DrGo
• Work with Product Development team to improve operation efficiency
• Provide training and prepare corresponding materials/document to medical partners
• Perform user acceptance test and provide relevant test plan
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

To succeed in this role

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Operations Management, Product Management, Process Improvement or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experiences in operations management including mobile APP, CMS and technical support
• Experience in healthcare services and delivery logistics would be an advantage
• Familiar with Hong Kong regulations, private healthcare facilities ordinance and associated medical association guidelines would be an advantage
• Analytical mind, customer oriented and a methodical and practical approach to solving problems
• Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable with operating in ambiguity
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder
• PMP and project management certification can be an added advantage
