Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities / Job Duties
· Handle daily accounting operations, including general ledger and routine financial activities
· Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
· Prepare monthly management reports with insightful analysis and actionable recommendations
· Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, support routine treasury functions, and assist with audit matters
· Monitor and control CAPEX budgets, providing guidance and support on CAPEX-related queries
· Collaborate closely with Group Finance, Group IT, and Operations teams to enhance financial processes and improve operational efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
· Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and FP&A
· Professional qualification such as HKICPA or ACCA is preferred
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and generate insights
· Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management
· Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager position
· Immediate availability is preferred
