Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager with expertise in the Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of our CPE products, from conception to launch and ongoing product management. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies, drive innovation, and ensure the success of our CPE business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies for our CPE business, aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the CPE industry.
• Define pricing strategies based on market analysis, cost considerations, and competitive positioning.
• Manage the P&L of the CPE products and solutions
• Monitor product performance post-launch through data analysis and customer feedback; make necessary adjustments to optimize product success.
• Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams regarding CPE products; provide training and support as needed.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, vendors, partners, and industry influencers.
• Supporting sales and marketing activities, tender bidding, project management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the telecommunications or networking industry with a focus on CPE products.
• In-depth knowledge of customer premises equipment (CPE) technologies such as routers, modems, gateways etc., along with an understanding of networking protocols.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent command in Chinese and English
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented in execution.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence others towards achieving common goals.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation; constantly seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Product Manager
