You will contribute to the total customer satisfaction by providing services via telephone and emails in a tactful and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’ General Insurance enquiries via telephone and emails
- No sales is required
Requirements:
- Form 5 Graduate or above
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- With valid IIQE license 1 & 2
- Working Location: Sheung Wan
