Job Description

You will contribute to the total customer satisfaction by providing services via telephone and emails in a tactful and timely manner.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers’ General Insurance enquiries via telephone and emails 
  • No sales is required
     

Requirements: 

  • Form 5 Graduate or above
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese,  English and Mandarin
  • With valid IIQE license 1 & 2
  • Working Location: Sheung Wan
