Senior Customer Service Executive
Job Description
You will contribute to the total customer satisfaction by providing services via telephone and emails for a Hong Kong Cultural District in a tactful and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customers’ enquiries via telephone and emails for an art district
• Introduce Cultural District facilities
• No sales is required
• Perform shift duties within 09:00 – 21:00 including weekends and public holidays
• 5-day work per week
Requirements:
• Form 5 Graduate or above
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
• Working Location: Sheung Wan
