Senior Customer Service Executive
Job Description
You will contribute to the total customer satisfaction by providing services via telephone and emails in a tactful and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
• Handle insurance customers’ enquiries via telephone and emails
• No sales is required
• Perform shift duties Mon-Fri: 09:00 – 18:00 ; Sat 09:00-13:00
• 42.5 work hours per week
Requirements:
• Form 5 Graduate or above
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
• Working Location: Sheung Wan
• IIQE 1, 2 required
