eMPF Centre Executive

Responsibilities

  • Provide counter services to walk-in and pre-booked customers at the service centre
  • Handle and resolve MPF / eMPF enquiries and complaints effectively
  • Assist customers in registering and managing their eMPF accounts using tablets or self-service kiosks
  • Deliver customer services in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Manage customer flow and ensure smooth daily operations of the service centre

 

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above with frontline customer service or counter service experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or frontline experience
  • Good communication skills with patience, attention to detail and strong team spirit
  • Familiar with mobile applications, websites and online application processes
  • Able to use computer systems to check and verify information
  • Fluency in English or Mandarin is an advantage
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered
