(Technical Officer – Repair Service Support)
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Device Repair Technical Officer to join our team. As a member of our Device Repair Team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch repair services to our corporate customers, operating our Authorized Samsung Repair Service, supporting special projects, offering data transfer services, and organizing engaging webinar sessions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide Repair Service Support for Corporate customers.
- Operate Authorized Samsung Repair Service efficiently.
- Support special projects with technical expertise.
- Offer data transfer services for both iOS and Android devices.
- Organize and conduct informative webinar sessions.
- Perform quality checks and inspections post-repair.
- Assist in inventory management and warehouse stock control.
- Share technical information with colleagues and clients.
- Handle repair logistics between various teams and vendors effectively.
Academic Requirements & Working Experience:
- Diploma holder is preferred, or HKCEE or DSE graduates.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in mobile handset repairing.
