Service Engineer
Duties:
- Responsible for support corporate customers’ solutions including but not limited to:
- Unified communication (UC) or IP telephony solution deployment and maintenance service
- Cloud UC solution e.g. Microsoft Teams Voice and Zoom solution deployment and maintenance service
- Contact center/Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) solution integration and application deployment
- Unified communication messaging and application deployment and maintenance service
- Pre-sales support, technical consultation and prove of concept (PoC)
Who we are looking for:
- Higher Diploma or above in IT-related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting Unified Communications
- Hardworking, enable to work under pressure
- Good English and Chinese communication skill
- Willing to take challenge and fast take up new knowledge for solving customer or solution requirement
- Good problem solving and analyzing skill and positive thinking
- Job or duty may involve non-office hour to support business and operation need
