Service Engineer

To assist with business expansion, we are seeking a seasoned Cloud Engineer to join our team for the overall design and implementation of Cloud & M365 solution of relevant projects.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain good understanding and technical supporting of IT infrastructure, cloud technology, M365 identify areas of improvement and make recommendations
• Gathering user requirement, translating functional document into technical specification
• Involve in project implementation, business requirements analysis and business process design, problem diagnosis, nursing support with arrange documentation and quality reports
• Develop and maintain the system recovery plan and disaster recovery (DR) drill plan
• Provide leadership, guidance, and directions to technical staffs, and be a point of escalation for customer inquiries
• Manage a team with different working parties/ vendors to achieve project deliverable
• Review the service level reports who identify service exceptions, breakdowns/gaps, trends, and recommends intermediate and long-term solutions
• Liaise with internal and external key stakeholders and manage client expectations

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or closely related disciplines
• 5+ years' of relevant experience or above in IT-end-user services including minimum 2 years in system architecture design and implementation for private cloud projects
• Strong leadership, independent and self-motivated
• Good communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
• Certification on MCP, VCP, CCNA is preferable
• Knowledge in Server, Storage, backup, Virtualization and Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure/M365)
• Solid Knowledge with the following Product(s) is a plus: Huawei Switch, Huawei CloudStack, Kubernetes, Palo alto Firewall, Fortigate Firewall, Splunk, A10, Comvault, Redhat, Neuvector, MongoDB, PostGreSQl, JFrog, Github, Windows and Linux server.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
