Senior eMPF Centre Executive
Responsibilities
- Provide counter services to walk-in and pre-booked customers at the service centre
- Handle and resolve MPF / eMPF enquiries and complaints effectively
- Assist customers in registering and managing their eMPF accounts using tablets or self-service kiosks
- Deliver customer services in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage customer flow and ensure smooth daily operations of the service centre
Requirements
- Form 5 or above with frontline customer service or counter service experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or frontline experience
- Good communication skills with patience, attention to detail and strong team spirit
- Familiar with mobile applications, websites and online application processes
- Able to use computer systems to check and verify information
- Fluency in English or Mandarin is an advantage
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
