Senior Account Service Manager

We are looking for a candidate to provide comprehensive aftersales support for our corporate customers with project implementation, internal accounts support and achieve our initiatives of providing professional CS to meet our service level agreement. 

 

Qualification & Working Experience 

University Degree with minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in customer service field (Telecom experience is preferred) 

  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to lead a small team of staffs to achieve our organizational goal 

 

Responsibilities 

  • To handle dedicated accounts' enquiries promptly, accurately and professionally 
  • Communicating courteously with customers by phone, email and WhatsApp
  • Handling customer complaints or any major incidents (i.e. network or billing...etc.)
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organization is providing
  • Retain and enhance customer relationship
  • Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems
  • Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards
  • Train staffs to deliver a high standard of customer service
