Process Automation Analyst

We are looking for a motivated Process Automation Developer to support the design and implementation of automation solutions that improve operational efficiency. This is an entry-level role suitable for candidates with strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in automation, AI, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about using technology to solve business problems.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, testing and deployment of automation solutions to streamline/ automate business processes (e.g. RPA, scripts, low-code/ no-code tools)
• Work closely with senior team members to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Monitor and maintain automation solutions to ensure reliability and performance
• Document workflows, logic and technical solutions
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies such as AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), low-code/ no-code platforms as organization’s automation strategy evolves; support POC development for new technologies and tools under guidance

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• 1-2 year(s) of relevant experience; understanding of basic IT development lifecycle concepts
• Basic knowledge of programming language (e.g. Python, VBA or equivalent)
• Basic data handling skills (Excel, CSV, etc)
• Independent, self-motivated and strong willingness to learn
• Strong interest in automation and AI technologies
