Operations Specialist

The Job

• Perform the System UAT and E2E Operation Trial-run for eMPF Center
• Coordination between project teams of eMPF Platform and eMPF Centre Managers to ensure assigned tasks are running smooth
• Assist in updating audit program and completing audit documentation
• Prepare regular service level and management reports 
• Report to Assistant Operation Manager to ensure the procedures and execution are satisfaction
• Perform other assigned tasks per business needs

The Person

• University degree holder
• 3 years or above experience in MPF trustee preferred having all round MPF scheme administration experience
• Familiar with MPFA Regulatory and MPF administration processes
• Excellent English writing skills and reporting
• Mature, detail-minded and confident with initiative and able to work independently
• Self-initiative, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
